Job description

Position Title: Remote Civil Litigation Attorney
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled litigator to take ownership of sophisticated civil litigation matters while working alongside a highly respected and collaborative legal team. The Civil Litigation Attorney will manage cases from initial strategy through resolution, gaining meaningful courtroom experience, leading litigation efforts, and playing a key role in achieving successful outcomes for clients. With a strong focus on real estate, construction, and complex business disputes, this role offers exposure to challenging, high-impact cases that will continue to sharpen litigation and trial skills. Supported by a dedicated paralegal and a team that values mentorship, professionalism, and long-term growth, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative, strategic thinking, and strong advocacy are recognized and rewarded.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 / Year DOE
Civil Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of general civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Handle cases involving real estate and construction disputes
  • Take an active role in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Conduct depositions and manage case strategy
  • Work closely with a shared paralegal for case support

Civil Litigation Attorney Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in general civil litigation
  • Must have trial experience from start to finish
  • Barred in California
  • Experience with Cleo, Word, Outlook, and Slack
  • Civil litigation experience is required
  • Construction and real estate litigation experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Farsi is preferred
