Position: Contract Attorney - Real Estate Transactions
Reports To: Owner & Managing Attorney
Employment Classification: Contract / Independent Contractor, Remote
Do complex real estate issues become simpler when you're on the file? Do you produce clean work product, spot problems before they become obstacles, and execute with minimal supervision?
We are seeking a Contract Attorney to join our team and provide support on transactional matters, legal research, commercial leasing, residential transactions, and general real estate matters. This is not a role for someone looking for constant supervision or a training environment. We are looking for an attorney who can step in, understand the assignment, execute efficiently, and produce reliable work product.
