Ghassemian Law Group, APC is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing team on a contract basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
We are looking for a California-licensed attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in business, construction, or real estate disputes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated matters while enjoying the flexibility of a remote or hybrid arrangement and the support of an established litigation team.

Responsibilities
• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement conferences
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Develop litigation strategies and assist in achieving favorable outcomes
Qualifications
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Experience managing cases independently
