Job description

MBA Engineering and Remote Maintenance Technologies (RMT) share infrastructure and provide a wide range of industrial engineering business solutions to transportation, grain handling, food, and other industries. While we serve a number of industries, our roots are in railroad solutions.

RMT was founded in 2002 to meet railroad maintenance, emergency service, and engineering support needs. MBA Engineering was founded shortly thereafter in 2005 to fulfill railroad engineering and operational needs.

We are seeking applicants for an Electrical, Mechanical or Process Control Engineer with an emphasis on controls, who has the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE or ME) required with at least 3 years of experience and a controls emphasis
  • Strong project management skills
  • Process control experience
  • Experience with Allen Bradley software and hardware
  • Ability to travel approx. 10% throughout the United States
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Candidate must live in Minnesota however work is remote

Expect a challenging, fast paced environment with excellent pay and benefits structure. Position will include 40 hours per week in an office environment located in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota with 10-20% travel possible at times. Once established, this position will include the ability to work remotely.
