The Collier Companies is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor!
This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies' home office in Gainesville, FL.
As a Floating Maintenance Supervisor, you will support and manage the maintenance team in ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet The Collier Company's established standards. The Supervisor is an expert at trouble shooting, diagnosing problems, and making solutions with a customer service attitude. Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to repairs in areas such as HVAC (if applicable), electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural and appliances.

Your Skills - What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance/Service Manager or equivalent supervisory position.
  • Conventional experience a plus!
  • Availability for up to 100% travel
  • Self-starter who has a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to recruit new vendors and establish long-term relationships with new and current.
  • Experience with using Entrata Property Management Software is a plus!
  • Extremely organized and detail orientated.
  • EPA certified and strong HVAC skill set is strongly preferred.
  • Commitment to Emergency-On-Call (EOC) participation is a requirement.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize.

**This is a full-time position that consists of emergency on-call commitment and overtime commitment in Summer/Fall turn season.
