Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches tailored to client needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for clients that align with their therapeutic goals and regularly adjust them based on ongoing assessments of progress and feedback.
  • Provide unwavering support and encouragement to clients, facilitating coping strategies to help them manage emotional distress, behavioral issues, or mental health diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and holistic support for clients.
  • Maintain precise and accurate clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all notes and treatment plans adhere to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
  • Stay informed on current trends, research, and best practices in counseling and mental health, actively participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse population representing various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Our clients seek help for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and other mental health concerns. Understanding cultural sensitivity and the ability to build rapport with individuals from differing demographics is paramount for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and a strong commitment to ethical practice.

Compensation and Benefits
