As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Medic Behavioral Health, you will:

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions over secure virtual platforms, tailoring your therapeutic approach to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments that consider clients’ backgrounds, goals, and challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities that suit clients' conditions.
• Provide continuous support, guidance, and encouragement to empower clients in overcoming emotional, behavioral, or mental health struggles.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to facilitate integrated care and address clients' holistic needs.
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation in accordance with organization standards and applicable legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current on counseling trends and participating in workshops, webinars, and training sessions.

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and create a safe space for clients to express themselves.
• Strong organizational skills, enabling you to handle documentation and scheduling efficiently while maintaining client confidentiality.

While not mandatory, experience with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competencies in counseling will be viewed favorably. Candidates with familiarity in telehealth delivery also have an advantage, as our services heavily utilize remote counseling technology.

This rewarding role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload availability. In addition to this financial compensation, we provide:
