• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, using evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, providing a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied client population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• An empathetic and non-judgmental approach to guiding clients through mental health challenges.

• Experience in telehealth counseling delivery is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards in a clinical setting.
• Specialization in particular therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and availability. Additionally, our organization provides:
