• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapy plans that address their unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care, including coordinating services and referring clients to other professionals when necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health.

In your role as a Remote LPC, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various age groups and backgrounds. Your focus will encompass a wide range of mental health concerns, from mild anxiety and depression to more complex issues such as trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. Your empathetic approach and adaptability will be crucial in effectively reaching and supporting clients who may feel disconnected from traditional healthcare services.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a telehealth or remote counseling setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technology.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, contingent on experience and caseload. Goodwell Counseling Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance and support for billing and documentation to help you manage your workload effectively.
