Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs through thorough assessments and evaluations.
• Utilize evidence-backed therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to facilitate progress for clients.
• Conduct engaging group therapy sessions, as well as effective family and couples counseling, while delivering therapeutically sound interventions.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, contributing insights from therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment strategies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a diverse client base, ranging from individuals seeking personal growth and mental wellness to families in need of support for complex relational dynamics. Our patient population includes adolescents, adults, and couples dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits

The Phoenix Psychotherapy Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, along with performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
