This is a full-time, fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while working to improve the lives of clients across a range of backgrounds. As a telehealth service, all interactions will occur via a robust online platform designed to maintain confidentiality and provide a comfortable, accessible environment for therapy. Our supportive administrative staff will assist you in minimizing paperwork and routine tasks, allowing you to focus on client care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, taking into account their history and symptoms.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
• Conduct mental health screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and treatment suitability.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and support for each client.
• Document all client interactions, treatments, and changes to care plans in our electronic health record system to maintain thorough patient histories.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and telehealth methodologies.
• Support community outreach efforts by participating in workshops or informational sessions to promote mental health awareness.

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, with a specific focus on those recovering from mild traumatic brain injuries. You will provide individualized support that addresses not only their immediate psychological needs but also their overall quality of life, helping them navigate the challenges posed by their conditions.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline with an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling, with a strong focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage treatment for clients with mild traumatic brain injuries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals.

• Experience utilizing telehealth services in clinical practice.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to document client interactions and treatment plans efficiently.
• Background in community outreach or educational programs related to mental health.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
