• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate psychological, emotional, and social factors influencing individuals’ mental health.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, constantly involving them in the goal-setting process.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches.
• Lead family and group therapy sessions as applicable, fostering an environment of support and growth for all participants.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct screenings and assessments effectively, ensuring a secure and professional experience for clients.
• Stay current with best practices and ongoing developments in the field of mental health through continued education and professional development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate holistic care plans that integrate physical health and mental wellness.
• Perform administrative tasks as required, ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• An active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, delivering direct psychotherapy services to clients and families.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working with telehealth systems and conducting virtual therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques to cater to the diverse needs of patients.
• Previous experience collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team in a healthcare setting.
