This licensed counselor position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home office. While working remotely, you will engage with clients via telehealth platforms, ensuring seamless communication. Our outpatient office provides a structured framework for collaboration with fellow team members, allowing for multidisciplinary approaches to client care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients, addressing their specific needs and goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing scientifically supported techniques.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate client engagement and healing.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that may include therapists, psychiatrists, and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed with the latest best practices in counseling and mental health.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at De Lucia Behavioral Health Center, you will work primarily with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, substance use disorders, and stress management concerns. Our diverse client population encompasses individuals from various demographics, allowing for a rich environment of shared experiences and growth.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
• At least two years of counseling experience is preferred, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-focused therapy, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with implementing evidence-based practices and familiarity with telehealth platforms is beneficial.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, based on experience and skill set.
