Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting attainable goals in collaboration with clients to monitor their progress.
• Provide continuous support and motivation, helping clients navigate and overcome various emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to create comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to track client progress and facilitate treatment effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of current trends and research in the field of counseling, integrating innovative practices into your therapeutic work.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Medic Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• Hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
