• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by developing and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships, grounded in trust and professional ethics.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, evaluate treatment efficacy, and make adjustments to individual treatment plans as necessary.
• Implement and monitor person-centered treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each client, promoting self-discovery and personal growth.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Our clientele encompasses a wide range of individuals, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will be integral in providing direct psychotherapy services, which may involve working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related conditions. Your role is crucial in offering evidence-based strategies that promote positive mental health and enhance overall resilience among our clients.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials in Oregon.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in counseling practice.
• Proficient computer skills, with a comfortable understanding of software such as excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, email platforms like Outlook, and clinical management systems like Pimsy.

• Prior experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families, with demonstrated success in fostering therapeutic relationships.
• Familiarity with a variety of treatment modalities and a commitment to staying updated with the latest therapeutic practices.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a solid base salary, we also provide:
