This remote outpatient position allows for flexibility and independence while ensuring that you have all the support you need. Therapists at Mind Vending are expected to be comfortable using our Simple Practice platform for video conferencing and secure messaging, facilitating easy communication with clients. You will have access to a dedicated support team that assists with clinical referrals and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing excellent care.

• Conduct initial psychological assessments to identify client needs and challenges.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy using evidence-based methods to support client healing and growth.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes.
• Utilize video conferencing tools to conduct therapy sessions that are engaging and effective in virtual settings.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to ensure quality care and collaborative support.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

The ideal candidate will work with diverse populations, offering therapy to teens, adults, and couples. Your interactions will help clients with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. • Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) in Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of building rapport in a virtual environment.
• Adaptability and comfort with telehealth practices; experience in a remote setting is a plus.

• Experience working with teen and adult clients in varied mental health contexts.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, specifically Simple Practice.
