• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and identify strengths and resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans, adjusting goals and interventions based on client progress and feedback.
• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, ensuring client safety through effective safety planning.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that help clients build resilience and connect with others.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by a competitive sign-on bonus.
