As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with a varied clientele including adults and adolescents experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your role is vital in fostering a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can openly discuss their concerns and receive appropriate support and guidance.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, providing individual and group therapy.

• Previous experience with a telehealth model is highly desirable, showcasing a proven ability to engage clients through virtual means.
• Strong background in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention strategies preferred.
