Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using secure telehealth technology.
• Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances and progress.
• Monitor and assess client progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health therapy, integrating new methodologies into practice to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow remote professionals to share insights and strategies, fostering professional development.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.
• An active and valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California is required to practice.
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication skills necessary to facilitate effective virtual therapy sessions.
• A keen understanding of best practices in telehealth delivery is preferred to ensure a smooth therapeutic process.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment, adapting therapeutic techniques for virtual delivery.
• Familiarity with various teletherapy platforms and tools used for effective client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits
