These roles are common in caregiving, property management, or personal assistant positions where a physical presence is needed for certain tasks, but much of the work can be done online. The arrangement usually covers housing as part of compensation. It allows for flexibility in work location while ensuring the employee is available on-site as required.

Job description

Position Overview

Live Path Psychotherapy PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our remote team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide essential mental health services aiming to enhance the emotional well-being and personal development of clients across a range of challenges. This full-time position offers flexibility while ensuring that you can make a significant impact in the lives of those in need.

About the Organization

At Live Path Psychotherapy, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health care, with a focus on accessibility for individuals and families facing various mental health issues. Our core mission is to help clients who lack access to adequate mental health resources, thereby fostering a community of healing and support. We utilize a client-centered approach, ensuring each individual receives personalized care that meets their unique needs.

Work Environment

This is a remote position, utilizing telehealth platforms to engage with clients. Our virtual work setting removes traditional barriers to mental health care, allowing us to connect with clients in the comfort of their homes. Working with us means having the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring compliance with our ethical and professional standards. We provide a collaborative atmosphere that values innovation, allowing counselors to integrate the latest research and evidence-based practices in their therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, based on the client’s needs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements and ethical guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with mental health advancements and research.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources. The diverse clientele may include those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, or relationship issues, necessitating a compassionate and adaptable approach to therapy.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, with a preference for prior work in clinical settings.
  • A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards relevant to clinical practice.
  • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software and related digital tools is essential.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.
  • Experience working within a telehealth framework can provide a significant advantage in this role.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including dental, vision, and health insurance.
  • Malpractice insurance coverage is included, providing peace of mind as you practice.
  • Support with billing and documentation to streamline your workload, allowing you to focus on delivering therapeutic interventions.
Career Growth Opportunities

Join a company that prioritizes professional development. As a member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in the mental health field. Opportunities for advancement may arise as the company continues to grow and expand its services.

Why Join Our Team

Live Path Psychotherapy is dedicated to nurturing both our clients and our staff. We offer a supportive environment that encourages work-life balance and personal growth. Joining our team means you’ll be part of a compassionate organization that understands the importance of mental health. Your work will directly contribute to improving the lives of individuals and families, making a tangible difference in the community we serve.
