Live Path Psychotherapy PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our remote team. This is a remote position, utilizing telehealth platforms to engage with clients. Our virtual work setting removes traditional barriers to mental health care, allowing us to connect with clients in the comfort of their homes. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, based on the client’s needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with mental health advancements and research.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources. The diverse clientele may include those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, or relationship issues, necessitating a compassionate and adaptable approach to therapy.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, with a preference for prior work in clinical settings.
• A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards relevant to clinical practice.
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software and related digital tools is essential.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.
• Experience working within a telehealth framework can provide a significant advantage in this role.

• Salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
