Work with brands that want authentic access to an affluent, engaged queer audience (485K+ monthly uniques)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute aggressive US sales strategy for display, video, native, sponsorships, city/national packages, AI-powered campaigns, newsletters, and app

Build and grow relationships with media agencies and direct brands (travel, nightlife, fashion, health, CPG, entertainment) targeting the LGBTQ+ community

Create compelling custom proposals and close six- and seven-figure deals

What We Offer

The exact commission structure listed above (no base, unlimited upside)

Equity ownership in a rapidly scaling media company

Full health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits

Unlimited PTO and a truly inclusive, queer-led culture
