Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to analyze the developmental status of young children.
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring personalized care for each child.
• Monitoring outcomes and providing rich feedback as an active member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Offering direct support to families and caregivers, equipping them with strategies and tools to enhance their child's development.
• Implementing coaching models and natural environment teaching techniques to foster learning.
• Adhering to all Federal and State regulations to guarantee the safety and well-being of the children and families served.
• Building rapport with children and their families, cultivating a nurturing and trusting environment conducive to learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will focus primarily on assisting young children, especially infants and toddlers, who may experience developmental delays or disabilities. Your work will directly impact children's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during critical growth phases in their first three years of life. By helping families navigate early intervention services, you'll play a vital role in enhancing children's futures.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Licensure by the Department of Public Health, specifically holding an LCSW.
• A current, valid driver's license to facilitate any necessary travel for client meetings or assessments.
• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to various learning and developmental needs of children.
• Exemplary organization and time management skills.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with families and team members.
• A commitment to using evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Preferred Experience

While not required, preferred qualifications include:

• At least one year of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits
