• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and tailor personalized therapy plans to support individual goals and challenges.
• Manage and conduct individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other relevant evidence-based practices.
• Support clients dealing with conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues through compassionate guidance and clinical interventions.
• Maintain accurate and professional documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and client communications to foster seamless interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Engage in regular consultations with fellow clinicians to develop comprehensive therapeutic strategies and client support systems.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing direct mental health services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and effective documentation practices.
• A commitment to utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet client needs.

• Experience working with diverse populations and specific training in trauma-informed care is highly desired.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or similar evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team, collaborating to enhance client care.
