  • Offer specialized guidance to clients experiencing PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, and other behavioral health concerns, ensuring a compassionate environment for healing.
  • Maintain accurate and professional documentation of client progress and treatment plans in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate with other members of the health care team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide comprehensive care for clients.

We actively seek therapists who are culturally competent and possess the ability to engage with clients who may have differing perspectives and experiences, ensuring each individual receives respectful and inclusive care.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is mandatory.
  • Current, active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to accurately convey client needs and treatment strategies.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and awareness of cultural factors that influence mental health.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but new graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques, such as CBT and ABA, is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also valuing team collaboration in a remote work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
