Whatย youโ€™llย be doingย 

As aย Learning & Development Coordinator,ย you will supportย the planning, coordination, administration, and delivery of learning and development initiatives across Optionsย Forย All. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this position coordinates onboarding,ย maintainsย the Learning Management System (LMS),ย schedulesย and tracks employee training,ย facilitatesย select training sessions, and supports the day-to-day administration of learning programs.ย 

This position partners closely with Human Resources, program leadership, and the Learning & Development Manager to support employee growth and development while advancing OFAโ€™s mission, core values, Wellnessย Forย All, and commitment to being a Best Place to Work.ย 

In this role, you will:ย 

Learning Administration & Coordinationย 

  • Coordinate all trainingย logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, communications, room reservations, virtual meeting setup, training materials, and attendance tracking.ย 

  • Maintain the Learning Management System (Absorb LMS), including course assignments, user accounts, training records, and basic troubleshooting.ย 

  • Assign required training to employees through the Learning Management System (LMS) and communicate training requirements, instructions, and completion deadlines.ย 

  • Maintain the organizational training calendar and communicate upcoming training opportunities.ย 

  • Assistย withย maintainingย and regularly updating the organizational training tracker to ensure employee assignments, completion status, due dates, and outstanding training requirements are accurately documented.ย 

  • Track required compliance training and follow up with employees and managers to supportย timelyย completion.ย 

  • Prepare routine training reports andย maintainย accurateย training records.ย 

  • Assistย withย maintainingย learning resources, training materials, and standard operating procedures.ย 

Training Delivery & Facilitationย 

  • Coordinate andย assistย with New Team Member Orientation and other instructor-led training sessions.ย 

  • Support virtual and in-person training programs by preparing materials, coordinatingย logistics, andย assistingย facilitators.ย 

  • Develop and update participant guides, presentations, job aids, and other training resources.ย 

  • Assistย withย maintainingย e-learning content and ensuring training materialsย remainย current and aligned with organizational policies and procedures.ย 

  • Gather employee feedback andย assistย with updating training materials.ย 

  • Support learning initiatives and specialย projects asย assigned.ย

  • One to two years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, education, human resources, or a related field.ย 

  • Experience with a Learning Management System (Absorb LMS preferred).ย 

  • Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.ย 

  • Proficiencyย with Microsoft Office applications and virtual learning platforms.ย 

  • Experience in a nonprofit or human services environment preferred.ย 

  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferredย 

Conditions of Employmentย 

  • 21 years of age or olderย 

  • A valid driverโ€™s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record areย requiredย for this role.ย 

  • This role requires travel within the region where services are provided.ย 

  • Final candidates must successfully complete a background check.ย 

Physical Demands & Work Environmentย 

This position requires the employee to regularly stand, walk, sit,ย talkย andย hear. The employee must be capable of writing, using a computer keyboard,ย telephoneย and related office equipment. Ability to lift 10lbs. required.ย ย
