Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing our Licensed Mental Health Therapists the flexibility to work from home while being part of a collaborative and innovative team dedicated to behavioral health. The outpatient nature of our organization means you will frequently engage with clients through teletherapy sessions, further enhancing accessibility and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health challenges.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to comply with professional standards and improve client care.
  • Facilitate communication with other healthcare professionals and collaborate on interdisciplinary case management to optimize client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client base challenged by a range of mental health issues. This may include individuals coping with traumatic experiences, anxiety disorders, depression, and more. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California is required.

  • Demonstrated strong communication and documentation skills to ensure efficient management of client records.
