Impact Learning & Development Behavioral Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals, specifically LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs, to join our dynamic team as Remote Outpatient Therapists. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while still having access to a dedicated outpatient office when necessary. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual goals.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions in both individual and group sessions, facilitating discussions and activities that promote coping skills and emotional resilience.
  • Support clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including PTSD, depression, and anxiety, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Outpatient Therapist, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals struggling with emotional distress, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
  • Possession of an active and valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in the State of California.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in therapy or case management settings, demonstrating a commitment to mental health care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
