• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans that target specific obstacles and goals.
• Implement individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as CBT or DBT, to effectively address various mental health disorders.
• Collaborate with a dynamic treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and case managers, to create a synergistic approach to client care, ensuring that all aspects of their mental health journey are addressed.
