• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, providing both individual and group therapy to address a variety of mental health challenges.
• Engage in regular consultations with families to ensure a supportive network around the client’s treatment plan, enhancing their recovery journey.
• Document and maintain accurate and confidential client records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Request feedback from clients and peers to drive improvements in therapy practices, emphasizing the importance of client satisfaction and therapeutic efficacy.

In this position, you will work with diverse clientele, including individuals and families managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Addressing the unique cultural, economic, and social backgrounds of our clients is a key priority, allowing for culturally competent care that respects and enhances individual client experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Current and active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD in Tennessee is essential.
• Proficient computer skills and a strong familiarity with Google Suite and EHR systems are crucial for managing client documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is preferred, providing insight into various therapeutic modalities and client management strategies.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy is a plus, as our remote work environment leverages technology to enhance client interactions.
