• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students and their families.

• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records while ensuring compliance with clinical documentation standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, educators, and school staff to create a supportive treatment framework for students.

In this role, you will primarily serve students within the school system, addressing a variety of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and academic stressors. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical social work setting, preferably within school systems or community mental health environments.
