Work Environment

This fully remote position enables licensed mental health professionals to work from the comfort of their preferred locations. By leveraging our user-friendly online platform, you will engage with clients through telehealth sessions while enjoying a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clason Mental Health Clinic, you will focus on delivering exceptional therapeutic care through a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Conducting comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client goals and circumstances.
  • Engaging in continuous dialogue with clients to collaboratively define therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Utilizing telehealth services effectively, ensuring the accessibility of mental health care for diverse client populations.
  • Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, in accordance with clinic policies.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current on the latest best practices, techniques, and advancements in the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients, providing a unique opportunity to focus on meaningful therapeutic interactions that foster growth and healing. Our patient population includes individuals navigating mild to moderate mental health challenges, enabling you to contribute positively to their journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active Tennessee license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Preferred Experience
