This full-time position empowers therapists to provide vital care from the comfort of their homes, serving clients across Tennessee through a streamlined telehealth platform. Our primary goal is to enhance mental wellness in our communities while allowing our clinicians to thrive in their practices without being encumbered by undue administrative tasks.

About the Organization

Our therapists work from their homes and engage with clients via a secure and user-friendly telehealth platform. This setup not only eliminates the commute but also allows for comfortable and accessible therapy sessions. The surrounding environment nurtures independence while maintaining a strong sense of community through regular team meetings and collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients who have been pre-screened for lower acuity needs, ensuring they receive appropriate and effective mental health support.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, continually assessing and revising them based on client feedback and outcomes.
  • Monitor client progress meticulously, maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation in our electronic health record system.
  • Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to enhance treatment strategies and oversee client care effectively.
  • Manage schedules and engage in client follow-ups, while benefiting from our administrative team that handles billing and scheduling logistics.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to deliver mental health services to adults facing a range of challenges, from mild anxiety and depression to stress management and life transitions. Our platform emphasizes accessibility, ensuring that clients from diverse backgrounds and living situations can receive the mental health care they deserve. As a therapist at Good Living Therapy, you will play an integral role in guiding individuals toward healthier mental states and improved overall wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • An active and unrestricted Tennessee state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • A commitment to ethical and evidence-based therapeutic practices to enhance client care.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two to three years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting, showcasing the ability to support a varied client base effectively.
  • Experience working in telehealth or virtual therapy environments is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Good Living Therapy provides its therapists with a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Full healthcare coverage for you and your dependents.
  • 401(k) matching to help secure your financial future.
  • Generous paid time off to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Professional development support to foster continuous learning and career advancement.
