What Our Client Needs

Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify organizations that can benefit from their workplace recognition and culture insights program. This role focuses on researching companies, initiating outreach, and building relationships with executives while partnering closely with Account Executives.

You are comfortable initiating conversations, learning about business challenges, and positioning solutions that create value. You thrive in a remote environment and can work independently while collaborating with a broader sales team.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Research target companies and develop strategic plans to qualify potential participants through outbound outreach and marketing campaigns
  • Use tools such as power dialers to conduct high-volume sales prospecting
  • Research prospects and craft tailored value propositions based on company needs and priorities
  • Present the organizationโ€™s products and services in ways that align with each prospectโ€™s business challenges
