As an LCSW working within our school-based team, you will collaborate with educators and other professionals to create a comprehensive approach to service delivery, ensuring children have a supportive environment conducive to learning and development. • Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of children's developmental milestones, tailoring them to each child's unique needs.
• Engage in collaborative development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), highlighting goals and objectives to assist families in navigating their child's learning path.
• Regularly monitor and assess outcomes as a proactive member of the multidisciplinary team, adjusting strategies as needed to support child progress.
• Offer hands-on support to families, empowering them with strategies and tools to foster their child's development in natural settings.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations related to mental health and early intervention services.
• Build strong rapport with children and families to cultivate a trusting and effective learning atmosphere.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment strategies to create joint learning plans with families.
• Implement recommendations for frequency and type of services based upon children’s developmental assessments and family feedback.
• Employ the coaching model to enhance parent and caregiver involvement in their child's learning and development.
• Ensure the health and safety standards are upheld for both staff and children in your care.

The primary patient population for this role consists of young children, infants, and toddlers facing developmental challenges. Prosper Behavioral Health dedicates itself to enhancing the skills of these vulnerable children, providing services that span physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. As a clinical social worker, you will become an essential part of their developmental journey, partnering closely with families to address their specific priorities and concerns.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW license valid with the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel to client homes or other locations as necessary.
• A strong foundation in adapting treatment modalities to meet varying learning styles, ensuring personalized care for each child.
• Experience in early intervention services or working with children aged birth to three years is preferred.
• Proficiency in Natural Learning Environment Practices and a commitment to evidence-based methodologies.
