This role focuses on reviewing professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentation materials related to training, onboarding, and Learning & Development (L&D). Selected experts will assess outputs for instructional quality, practical relevance, analytical rigour, learner experience, presentation effectiveness, and overall professional credibility.

contentAssess whether training materials are clear, structured, and appropriate for the intended audienceEvaluate sequencing, instructional depth, and practical applicabilityIdentify confusing, incomplete, or poorly organised training contentReview whether learning activities support stated training objectivesOnboarding ProgrammesEvaluate employee onboarding plans, new-hire materials, and orientation workflowsAssess whether onboarding content supports effective role and organisational integrationReview sequencing, milestones, responsibilities, and communicationIdentify gaps in presentation weaknessesDistinguish substantive L&D issues from minor editorial concernsProvide clear, structured written feedback explaining identified strengths and weaknessesApply evaluation standards consistently across different training and onboarding work productsIdeal Profile5+ years of relevant professional experience in Learning & Development, employee training, onboarding, instructional design, talent development, or a closely related fieldExperience as a Learning & Development Specialist, L&D Specialist, Training Specialist, Instructional Designer, Talent Development Specialist, or similar professionalStrong practical understanding of training, onboarding, and workplace learningExperience developing or reviewing training programmes, onboarding materials, learning content, instructional resources, or related work productsStrong understanding of learning objectives, instructional structure, learner experience, and programme effectivenessAbility to evaluate training recommendations for clarity, relevance, and practical feasibilityHighly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceAdvanced proficiency with PowerPoint / Google SlidesStrong spreadsheet and analytical skillsNative or professional fluency in EnglishExcellent written communication and ability to provide precise, structured feedbackStrong attention to instructional,
