How You Will Make an Impact
  • Partner with business leaders across Sales, Client Service, Operations, Technology, and other functional areas to identify current and future learning needs through performance data, surveys, job analysis, and business priorities.
  • Design and implement learning strategies that improve employee performance, productivity, client experience, and overall business outcomes.
  • Develop comprehensive training plans that align with organizational goals and support employee growth across technical, professional, and business competencies.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to document business processes and translate them into engaging, scalable learning solutions.
  • Design and deliver training on technical applications, business processes, client relationship management, sales enablement, presentation skills, leadership, and professional development.
  • Coach employees individually and in groups to build confidence, improve performance, and strengthen critical business skills.
  • Facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning experiences, including workshops, simulations, and practice-based learning.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, playbooks, and other learning resources using modern instructional design principles.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, performance metrics, and business outcomes, continuously refining programs based on data.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences, improve content development, and analyze training effectiveness.
  • Stay current on industry trends, adult learning methodologies, instructional technologies, and best practices.
  • Perform Learning Management System (LMS) administration, reporting, and learning analytics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring employees and collaborating closely with Learning & Development colleagues and cross-functional business partners.
Required Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Sales Enablement, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success designing, developing, and delivering learning programs that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience supporting diverse business functions, including Sales, Client Service, Operations, Technology, and/or Financial Services.
  • Experience delivering technical systems training, business process training, professional skills development, leadership training, and client-facing enablement.
  • Coaching certification and/or demonstrated coaching experience.
  • Strong instructional design skills with experience developing instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning experiences.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Vyond.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation, personalize learning, and analyze learning data.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and experience developing training materials, job aids, and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
  • Financial services experience, including Hedge Funds, Private Markets, Investor Services, or Asset Management, is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional certifications.
