The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Learning, Development, and Engagement team supports enterprise-wide learning experiences, employee engagement initiatives, and inclusive leadership development efforts that foster organizational culture, workforce engagement, and mission impact.
The DEI Learning & Engagement Consultant will support the Senior Director of DEI Learning, Development, and Engagement and broader team in the design, development, facilitation, coordination, and delivery of learning and engagement initiatives.
This temporary program manager role will provide instructional, operational, facilitation, and production support for enterprise training, Employee Engagement Group (EEG) programming, leadership development experiences, and internal engagement communications.
This is a remote position.
**This is a 100% remote, temporary position. Expected end date is Jan 29, 2027. Possibility to move full time, permanent after initial temporary period could be an option.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Learning Design & Content Development30%
Support the design, development, facilitation, and coordination of DEI and leadership development training and learning experiences
Training Facilitation & Engagement Delivery 25%
Co-facilitate and support delivery of enterprise training, workshops, EEG programming, and engagement sessions.
Assistin creating and editing facilitator guides, learner materials, presentations, toolkits, and engagement resources.
Program Production & Event Management 20%
Provide virtual production and logistical support for Employee Engagement Group (EEG) calls, enterprise training, workshops, and engagement events.
Support meeting and training production activities including agendas, run-of-show documents, presenter coordination, technology checks, and event execution.
Stakeholder Engagement, Communications & Collaboration 15%
Assistwith evaluation, tracking, and organization of learning materials, resources, and program feedback.
Program Administration, Evaluation & Special Projects 10%
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Must haveproficientknowledge of adult learning theory, professional development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, program design, instructional design and evaluationmethodology/practiceand Learning Management Systems (LMS)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Experience supporting learning and development, training coordination, employee engagement, communications, or DEI-related initiatives.
Experience facilitating or co-facilitating training, workshops, webinars, or group learning experiences preferred.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
The starting rate is $38.00-$46.00/hour. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
