Healious Psychiatry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our remote team. This full-time position enables you to deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy services from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact on the lives of our clients. This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while staying connected with clients through secure video sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough video intake assessments for new clients to gather detailed information concerning their symptoms, daily functioning, and lifestyle habits.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic activities, helping clients integrate their mental health strategies into daily life seamlessly.
• Provide ongoing support through our digital platform, including real-time encouragement, psychoeducation, and modifications to their treatment plans as needed.
• Continuously monitor client engagement and progress through clinical assessments and data analysis, ensuring that care plans remain effective and relevant.
• Celebrate client successes by recognizing milestones and collaboratively troubleshooting barriers to their engagement and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions in compliance with professional standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, other social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Engage in regular case reviews, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of clients experiencing a range of mental health diagnoses such as anxiety and depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. You will work closely with individuals from varying backgrounds, which requires cultural competence and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse needs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a valid state license (LCSW) in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in social work, demonstrating the ability to provide effective therapy.
• Strong proficiency with technology, including experience with remote therapy platforms and a willingness to engage with new technologies to enhance client care.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients.
• A team-oriented mindset, complemented by high reliability and motivation to exceed expectations in client care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with simulation-based education techniques or innovative treatment methodologies is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in providing clinical supervision or mentorship is advantageous.
• A background in higher education or teaching in social work-related fields is considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
