Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' specific mental health needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

  • Engage families in therapeutic processes, helping to strengthen family dynamics and resolve relational conflicts.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working primarily with clients suffering from various mental health issues such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and behavioral concerns. You will engage with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents, providing support through virtual sessions that allow for flexibility and comfort.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • An active, unencumbered mental health license in California (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • At least two years of experience in therapeutic practice and case management.
  • Proficiency in therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and ABA.
  • The capability to work adeptly with a diverse range of clients, demonstrating cultural competence.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective therapy.
Preferred Experience

While the required qualifications ensure a solid foundation for care, experience in teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be considered a valuable asset.
