About Us

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-focused environment, enjoys solving complex information challenges, and is passionate about building efficient, reliable systems that support manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

ERP Management

  • Oversee day-to-day management of the ERP system and coordinate with our third-party ERP provider.
  • Recommend new features, modules, and configuration improvements.

IT Coordination

  • Support functional aspects of manufacturing modules, including sales, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and production.
  • Ensure integrity, efficiency, consistency, and timeliness of all data inputs.
  • Act as a liaison between PRFC and ERP support consultants to troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist with technical development work for ERP customizations.

General Responsibilities

  • Work with CFO to identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications for Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese.
  • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Full-time, 32-40 hours/week, Monday-Friday. Remote work may be accommodated depending on business needs. Weekly travel between PRFC locations (Point Reyes Station and Petaluma) is expected.

What We Offer

  • A supportive, collaborative, cheese-loving team culture.
  • Opportunities to influence and improve core business systems.
  • A role with meaningful impact across multiple departments.
  • Two weeks' paid vacation
  • Seven paid holidays + two floating holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • 401(k) with 4% company match

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, systems management, business analytics, or a related field
  • ERP experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Background in business administration, project management, or related field beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes a plus.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities; data modeling required.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Acute attention to detail and a passion for data.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal,  collaboration, and communication skills.
