Work Environment

This full-time position offers the convenience of a remote work environment, allowing you to connect with clients from your own home while enjoying a supportive company culture. You will collaborate with a team of mental health professionals during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Offer structured support and coping strategies for clients experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges.
• Manage ongoing client cases effectively, ensuring proper documentation that adheres to ICD-9 standards, and making referrals as necessary to meet clients' needs.
• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to optimize therapeutic outcomes for our clients.
• Provide family counseling to support healthy dynamics and improve relationships, strengthening the support systems for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on supporting a diverse patient population including adults and adolescents dealing with mental health issues, such as PTSD, anxiety, and behavioral disturbances. Our clients come from various backgrounds, providing an enriching and challenging environment that fosters professional growth and cultural competence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid California licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of supervised experience in therapy and case management in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in using therapeutic frameworks such as CBT, ABA, or others relevant to mental health.
• The ability to empathize and connect with a variety of client populations, adapting therapy techniques to meet specific needs.
• Effective communication skills that enhance client engagement and facilitate collaborative treatment planning.

Preferred Experience

While not essential, candidates with experience in teletherapy, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices will have an advantage. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will also be highly beneficial in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
