POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Develops and manages Radiologist and staff schedules to ensure proper coverage across all sites, departments, reading rooms, and procedures.
  • Maintains scheduling systems, templates, vacation calendars, on-call rotations, and program updates while ensuring adherence to scheduling policies and fairness.
  • Communicates schedule updates, staffing changes, trainings, and coverage adjustments to physicians, staff, hospitals, and other necessary parties in a timely manner.
  • Monitors operational performance and staffing needs in real time, prepares attendance reports, and collaborates with supervisors to address service level challenges.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
  • Strong ability to work professionally and collaboratively with radiologists, staff, and hospital personnel across diverse personalities and work settings.
  • Maintains professionalism, composure, and sound judgment in high-stress, fast-paced, and constantly changing environments.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and customer service-focused, with strong multitasking and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, internet, and presentation software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration (or equivalent experience) with 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare-related field preferred.

COMPENSATION :
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$70,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
