Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Interview Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Interview Coordinator for a 3-month remote contract opportunity with Acuity. This individual will play a key role in supporting the recruiting function by building qualified talent pipelines, engaging prospective candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through the interview process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, and stakeholder management. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, strong communication abilities, and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement- Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent communities.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate outreach campaigns and nurture candidate relationships.
- Perform initial resume screening and talent market research.
- Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Partner with recruiters to deliver qualified candidate pools for open requisitions.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Manage interview logistics, panel scheduling, assessments, and debrief meetings.
- Create and distribute interview schedules, candidate packets, and interview materials.
- Ensure hiring teams are prepared with all necessary interview information.
- Track interview feedback and support timely completion by interview teams.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Deliver a positive, professional, and responsive candidate experience.
Recruiting Operations Support- Assist recruiters with requisition administration and recruiting workflows.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, updates, and documentation in the ATS.
- Support compliance with recruiting policies, hiring procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Monitor recruiting activities and ensure data accuracy throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with process improvements and recruiting operational initiatives.
Stakeholder Partnership- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interview teams, and HR Business Partners.
- Provide scheduling recommendations and support to maintain hiring velocity.
- Proactively identify and escalate scheduling conflicts, interview delays, or candidate experience concerns.
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives focused on recruiting efficiency, process improvement, and candidate engagement.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, or human resources.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms.
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing complex calendars across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting corporate Talent Acquisition teams.
- Experience recruiting or coordinating hiring for high-volume environments.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar systems.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Pay Details: $37.00 to $40.00 per hour
