We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team at Polaris Behavioral Health Center. In this remote role, you will have the flexibility to structure your work schedule primarily around weekdays, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on client needs. This position functions within a supportive and collaborative team environment where the focus is on achieving collective goals while improving individual patient outcomes.

• Engage directly with assigned clients experiencing major mental health challenges, providing tailored clinical interventions and support.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team to foster and achieve shared treatment goals, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
• Utilize ethical guidelines and professional codes of conduct to maintain the highest standards of care while interacting with clients and team members.
• Implement assessment tools and evidence-based practices to effectively manage risks and crises, ensuring client safety at all times.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that empower clients in their recovery journey, focusing on their unique needs and circumstances.

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with significant mental health disorders and emotional difficulties, where your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment will play a crucial role in their recovery. By emphasizing patient-centered care and respecting diverse backgrounds, you will create meaningful relationships that support healing and growth.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required, with essential licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, risk assessments, treatment methodologies, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and documentation.
• Demonstrated abilities in organizational planning and managing multiple clients and their needs concurrently.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating a proactive capacity to improve patient outcomes.
