Job description

Worldcraft Logistics is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Logistics Sales Representative to support our growing freight forwarding operations. This position is remote but must be based in Las Vegas, NV, with occasional attendance at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings.

We are looking for candidates with experience or exposure to international freight forwarding, logistics coordination, customer service, or sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with customers, supporting shipment operations, and helping develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate air and ocean shipments from booking through final delivery
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, brokers, and overseas partners
  • Track shipments and provide shipment updates to customers
  • Assist with shipping documentation including B/L, ISF, customs paperwork, and related documents
  • Support customer relationship management and resolve shipment-related issues
  • Assist with sales activities, customer follow-ups, trade shows, and networking events
  • Support business development efforts and help identify new customer opportunities

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or sales preferred
  • Basic understanding of import/export, air freight, or ocean freight processes preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be based in Las Vegas, NV
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Comfortable attending customer meetings and trade shows
