SharpLane Behavioral Health is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Mental Health Counselor to enrich our remote telehealth services. As a full-time therapist, you will play a critical role in assessing and addressing the mental health needs of our clients from the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through video sessions, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviewing.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that respond to clients' specific needs, focusing on therapeutic goals to overcome mental health challenges.

  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to various diagnoses, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

  • Regularly monitor client progress and adjust therapy strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

  • Provide appropriate referrals to additional healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, for a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

  • A valid and current mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington is mandatory.

  • At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits
