Trinity Health Counseling PLLC is inviting applications for the role of Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPC). • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy, applying therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to gauge progress and adapt treatment plans effectively.
• Design, implement, and review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their goals and needs are met.
• Engagement in a multi-disciplinary team approach, contributing expertise to devise holistic treatment strategies that promote the best therapeutic outcomes.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with clinic standards, allowing for minimal administrative burden.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Trinity Health Counseling, you will work predominantly with clients facing substance abuse challenges, mental health disorders, and various emotional and relational difficulties. You will support individuals across all demographics, promoting healing and growth through evidence-based interventions designed to foster resilience and recovery.

• A current, active license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a mental health or clinical setting, with specialized training or experience related to substance abuse treatment being a significant advantage.
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex client scenarios successfully.
