Trinity Health Counseling PLLC is actively seeking a passionate and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. This full-time position is fully remote, allowing you to provide vital therapeutic services to clients from the comfort of your own space. You will focus on supporting individuals dealing with substance abuse issues and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine clients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the overall treatment objectives for your clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and recommendations in compliance with organizational protocols.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide your sessions, ensuring an effective approach for improving mental health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse clientele dealing with substance abuse issues and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will be instrumental in providing a safe space where clients feel heard and supported, facilitating their path towards recovery and improved wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.
• A current and valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a mental health or clinical setting, effectively delivering therapeutic services to clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and work synergistically within a team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with diverse therapeutic techniques and approaches, particularly those geared towards substance abuse treatment.
• A familiarity with telehealth practices and relevant digital communication tools, enhancing your ability to engage clients effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a critical approach to assessing client needs and treatment efficacy.

Compensation and Benefits
