Trinity Health Counseling PLLC is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health professional to join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPC). Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include:

  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy to a diverse client base, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Conducting comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear goals, and ensuring ongoing follow-up to track progress.
  • Participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to the overall treatment plans and ensure coordinated care among staff members.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records while minimizing paperwork through efficient use of our electronic health record systems.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to support individuals facing challenges with substance use and mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with a varied client demographic, ranging from adolescents to older adults, fostering resilience and promoting recovery through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • License: Candidates must hold a current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health or clinical setting, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic methodologies and client-centered care.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex client needs effectively.
Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with substance abuse treatment, crisis intervention, and group therapy facilitation. Familiarity with remote counseling practices and digital mental health tools will be a significant advantage as we continue to enhance our services in a digital space.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a performance-based bonus structure. Additional benefits include:
