This position is entirely remote, allowing you to create a personalized workspace that fosters your productivity. You will conduct therapy sessions via secure video chat platforms that ensure client confidentiality and provide a supportive atmosphere for mental health care. • Conduct individual video therapy sessions with clients using our secure telehealth platform to promote mental wellness and stability.
• Engage clients in open dialogues about their thoughts and emotions, using active listening techniques to facilitate self-discovery and greater emotional insight.
• Act as a supportive advocate, helping clients articulate their personal goals and devise strategies to achieve them.
• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and develop tailored treatment plans reflecting evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach to implement therapeutic strategies that address unique client needs and enhance overall well-being.
• Document progress notes and update treatment plans in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to ensure continuity of care.

As a counselor at Hope Bridges, you will primarily work with adults who experience a range of low-acuity mental health concerns. Our approach aims to create a stable and supportive environment where clients can express themselves openly and work towards personal improvement.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an independent license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Proficient computer skills with experience in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience in conducting virtual therapy sessions effectively, adapting techniques to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique situations.
• Proven ability to establish therapeutic rapport and communicate empathetically with diverse client populations.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience and hours worked.
