Developmental Concepts, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our fully remote team. This role allows for the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services through our advanced telehealth platform, enabling therapists to connect effectively with clients from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate virtual therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Implement structured trauma therapy for clients experiencing PTSD, providing a safe and supportive environment for healing.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with regulations, including the ICD-9 diagnostic coding system, and maintain accurate records of client progress.
  • Provide family-based counseling services aimed at enhancing family dynamics and improving communication skills among family members.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, providing care to individuals dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
