• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy.
• Implement structured trauma therapy for clients experiencing PTSD, providing a safe and supportive environment for healing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.
• Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with regulations, including the ICD-9 diagnostic coding system, and maintain accurate records of client progress.
• Provide family-based counseling services aimed at enhancing family dynamics and improving communication skills among family members.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, providing care to individuals dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid and active California state license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) is required.
• At least two years of relevant experience in outpatient or telehealth settings, demonstrating a mastery of virtual therapy techniques.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in using digital communication platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including underserved populations.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and therapeutic techniques specific to children and adolescents.
• Background in conducting group therapy sessions may be beneficial.
