Responsibilities

As a Helpdesk agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues, and maintaining the overall functionality of computer systems within an organization. This role requires a combination of remote assistance through the help desk and on-site support to address hardware and software-related problems. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our client's location in Dayton, OH.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Administration.
  • Working knowledge of DNS and DHCP.
  • Experience supporting iMac and MacBook environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting Chromebooks and Windows laptops.
  • Experience working with IT ticketing/help desk systems.
  • Required expertise with tools like Intune & Autopilot, and SCCM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
