• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, consistently monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Implement teletherapy services for clients who may prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and flexibility in care delivery.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards in mental health practices.

This role primarily involves working with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. • A current and valid state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required for this position.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' experiences and challenges.
